Releasing a print job
When printing to Canon Secure Print, you can choose to release your print job to any available copier in your building. First, look for the badge scanner. On most models it's just next to the screen.
If you want to print all individual jobs you sent, you can click the "Print all" button at the top right of the screen.
You also have to option to review jobs by selecting "Print Release" from the list of options, releasing and deleting jobs as needed.
Scanning
First, look for the badge scanner. On most models it's just next to the screen.
Place your documents face up in the scanner feed.
You can also lift up the top to scan larger documents.
Select "Scan" from the list of options.
You have the option to scan to your email or to your OneDrive. For most, scanning to email is the simplest method. Scanning to OneDrive will place your scans in your OneDrive folder under a folder called "Apps" in a subfolder called "Scans for PaperCut MF".
