Users may receive e-mails that seem fraudulent or malicious. If you suspect an email to be malicious in any way, you can report it by using the Phish Alert Button in Outlook. Select the email, and then select the button. Be sure to select Phish Alert after pressing the button.
Outlook for Windows
If you are using the Outlook Desktop application, you can find the Phish Alert Button to the right of the Home tab:
Outlook on the Web / New Outlook
If you are using Outlook On the Web (OWA), you can find the Phish Alert Button in the Apps section as shown below:

Outlook for iPhone/iPad
On the Outlook for iOS app, you can find the Phish Alert Button in the same dropdown, illustrated below:
Outlook Web on ChromeOS
If you are using the Outlook Web on ChromeOS devices, you can find the Phish Alert Button once you have single-clicked to open/preview the message. Note the X will close the message preview window.
