If your emails are automatically being filtered to your Junk Email folder, please follow the steps below to ensure you're filtering is set up correctly.
In your Outlook, you will select the gear located at the top right corner of the screen.
At the bottom of the menu that appears, you will select "View all Outlook Settings".
In the settings, select "Junk email" from the second column.
Under "Filters", make sure the box next to "Only trust email from addresses in my Safe senders and domains list and Safe mailing lists" is unchecked.

Outlook Desktop Application:
In your Outlook application, locate the "Junk" drop-down under the "Home" tab.
Click on "Junk" to open the menu and select "Junk E-Mail Options...".
This will open a window with multiple tabs to choose from. You will want to make sure you are on the "Options" tab.
While in this tab, please be sure that "No Automatic Filtering. Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk email folder" is selected. This should correct any filtering issue you are experiencing.
