The preferred method to contact the helpdesk is visiting our Helpdesk Portal at https://support.questar.org. You can find out how to fix your issues by searching our knowledgebase or creating a support ticket by clicking submit a request in the upper right-hand corner. When submitting tickets, please include as much information as possible, including any troubleshooting steps you’ve taken and screenshots of the error.
