Staff may need to access internal resources when working remotely. In order to do this, staff must first connect to the VPN (or Work) connection. There are two ways to connect:
The first, and easiest way is to:
- Select the Network icon from the Tray on the lower right corner of the screen and select Work, then select Connect.
- You will then be prompted to enter your VPN credentials, which would initially have been sent via e-mail from Cisco Meraki.
An alternative method is to:
- Open the Start Menu and search for VPN, selecting VPN Settings.
- Click on Connect under the Work option that is listed, and enter your VPN credentials in the prompt that appears.
